PROBLEM:
Static control matting is an integral component in the successful
manufacturing of today's sophisticated microelectronics. In many cases
the smallest of Electro Static Discharges (ESD for short) often causes
permanent (easy to detect) or latent (much harder to detect) damage to
components, costing the Industry millions of dollars of lost revenues on
a yearly basis. All static control mats are not created equally.
The esd mat's long term electrical conductivity is tantamount to
successfully controlling an ESD event yet finding a supplier that
understands the importance of esd matting can often be a cumbersome,
time consuming nightmare.
THE SOLUTION:

configured and manufactured custom cut matting as well as full rolls
since 1993. Each roll of our material is rigorously tested to the latest
ANSI ESD standards prior to leaving our factories while custom cuts are
