Forbo Free shipping & State / Country sales tax details

This offer is for standard shipments originating from and delivering within the contiguous U.S.A. and Canada to a business address, that does not require a truck with a lift gate, pallet jack or require inside delivery. Carrier Accessorial Charges and expedited freight charges are ADDITIONAL and are not calculated by our shopping cart when you place your order. These additional charges will require a formal freight quote approved by you (the client) prior to us shipping your order. It is the responsibility of you (the client) to notify us if the following items are required.

Call ahead: $30.00
Jobsite Delivery: $30.00
Inside Delivery: $60.00
Delivery to residential address: $75.00

Customers in the U.S.A: The cart does not calculate state or local sales tax. If you represent a Tax Exempt Company please supply a copy of your certificate with your order. If you are not tax exempt please contact us for an accurate quote on the amount of tax that Forbo will charge for your order.

Canadian Customers: The cart does not calculate duties, tax and any surcharges that may be required when this product enters your Country. You (the client) may be charged additional fees as required by your laws.
