Service Impacts Related to COVID-19

Control Products is committed to the safety and security of our
employees and community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Pursuant
to guidelines issued by the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Security Agency (CISA) and the US Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), United SCP is an essential critical
infrastructure business and is required to remain open. We will
continue to receive and ship products.
8/5/2021: United SCP is currently experiencing minimal
disruptions to our supply chain. However,
we are experiencing shipping delays due to heavy
volume and the covid pandemic. This includes FedEx, UPS, USPS and
Expedited orders. Please allow extra delivery time for all
orders. We are doing our best to make sure your order gets to
you in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date
at this time.

10/20/20: Due to Covid related production delays
ElectraLock
Interlocking ESD Tiles, color Clean White is currently
unavailable.
4/2/20: Orders that have been returned to us due to closures
will be held in our warehouse while our shipping department
contacts you to reschedule delivery. Customers will be
responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with
orders being returned and reshipped.
3/26/20:
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, both UPS and
FedEx have suspended their Service Guarantee for all shipments
from any origin to any destination. As such, expedited
and ground
orders may experience a delay in delivery.
