ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy Floor Paint System: Consisting of 3 coats of ElectraGuard followed by 2 coats of ElectraThane and a final coat of ElectraGlaze (the 3,2,1 system)Limited WarrantyUnited SCP Incorporated expressly warrants that for a period of (5) years from the date of purchase the ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy Floor Paint System (3 coats of ElectraGuard followed by 2 coats of ElectraThane and 1 Coat of ElectraGlaze) applied to concrete substrates will fully meet United’s posted manufacturing specifications. The ElectraGuard System is fully warranted to meet ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 (page 6, table 2) Personal Grounding Requirements as follows: 1) Product Qualification: Flooring Footwear System per ANSI/ESD STM97.1 (passing range <1.0E09). 2) Product Qualification: Flooring Footwear System per ANSI/ESD STM97.2 (passing range <100 V). 3) Compliance Verification: ESD TR-53 Footwear Section, per ANSI/ESD STM97.1 (passing range <1.0E09). Within the Warranty Period, the defective material will be exchanged at United SCP’s discretion. No responsibility for the cost of removal, reinstallation, production loss nor freight cost may be assumed under this warranty. Unused defective products must be shipped prepaid to United SCP’s factory. All returns must include RMA number plus invoice copy, packing slip or other proof of purchase from United Static Control Products Incorporated. This number may be obtained by calling United’s customer service department at 719 676 3928. Warranty Exclusion: The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of other product warranties expressed or implied including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes which are specifically or indirectly disclaimed. This Warranty will not apply to product compromised by fire, floods, natural disasters, subfloor failures, concrete spalling, defects or damage due to improper substrate preparation, unusual abrasive wear situations, chair caster wear, marking tapes, scratching, peeling, chipping, neglect, misuse, standing water, improper underlayments (such as gypsum based float, fills or self levelers), reoccurring water intrusion or concrete vapor emissions that fail ASTM D4263 (plastic sheet test method), failure to properly maintain the coating or improper installation techniques. ElectraGuard is not a designed to encapsulate the concrete. As such, ElectraGuard is not warranted against concrete contaminant bleed through. Note: United makes every effort to ship the correct product however it is the receiver's responsibility to VERIFY the material you have received against the order that was submitted to United. United SCP is not responsible for installation of the incorrect material, color or dye lot due to errors in order processing. Limit of Warranty: In no event will United SCP or any authorized re-seller of this product be responsible or liable for any special or consequential losses or damages, whether based on tort, contract or the use of (or inability to use) the product. Replacement of material does not include removal of coating, preparation of substrate, production loss nor freight cost. Before using the product users shall determine the suitability of ElectraGuard for their intended purposes by pretesting the electrical conductivity, bond strength and wear performance at their installation site. The end user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Fulfillment of United SCP's warranty obligations will be the customer's exclusive remedy and United SCP or seller's limit of liability for any breach of warranty or otherwise. This warranty may be amended at any time and at the sole discretion of United SCP.
