ElectraStat
180 is a static conductive
material for ultimate static decay and ultimate static control.
Type 180 features end pieces and center sections that interlock
for a runner of ANY length. Type 180 is provided with a diamond
plate vinyl top surface over an air cell shock absorbing
underside. ElectraStat 180 (in combination with ESD heel straps)
eliminate the need for the standing technician to wear an ESD
wrist strap. ElectraStat type 180 meets the
stringent S 20.20 standards with electrical resistance
properties of <3.5E07 per ANSI ESD 97.1 and tribocharging
characteristics well below the 100 volt threshold set per ANSI
ESD 97.2.
ElectraStat Type 180
is recommended for use with foot traffic and standing
technicians only. ElectraStat is not recommended for use with
chair casters, chairs or stools. All outside edges are ramped.
ElectraStat Type 180 must be attached to an electrical ground
using United SCP Part Number 115-AS Floor Mat Ground Cords
(included at no charge with your order).
ElectraStat Type 180 is designed for use on all hard surface
flooring and for covering thin pile glued down carpeting.
