Limited Warranty:
United ESD, Inc. expressly warrants that for a period of (1) one year from
the date of purchase, the ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy floor coating system will
fully meet United’s posted manufacturing specifications (including hardness)
and further meet normal (as defined as foot traffic) serviceable duration
wear resistance of 2 to 5 years. Gray ElectraGuard ESD Epoxy is fully Warranted
for lifetime electrical conductivity that, as applied, with no topical
treatments will fall in the static
conductive range of <1.0E06 resistance to ground per EOS ESD S 7.1 when
applied to bare uncoated concrete slab substrates in environments of 40%rH or higher.
Beige and Tan ElectraGuard Epoxy is fully Warranted for lifetime
conductivity performance that, as applied with no topical treatments will
test <1.0E09 (<1.0E06 typical) resistance to ground per ESD S 7.1 when
applied to bare uncoated concrete slab substrates in environments of 40%rH
or higher. All ElectraGuard colors are further warranted to meet or exceed
ANSI/ESD S 20.20 standards when tested to 97.1 (technician / heel grounders
and flooring combination resistance of <3.5E07. Within the
Warranty Period, the product will be replaced at United ESD’s discretion.
Unused defective products must be shipped prepaid to United ESD’s factory.
All returns must include RMA number plus invoice copy, packing slip or other
proof of purchase from United ESD, Inc. This number may be obtained by
calling United’s customer service department at 719 676 3928.
Warranty Exclusion:
The foregoing warranty is made in lieu of other product warranties expressed
or implied, including merchantability and fitness for particular purposes
which are specifically or indirectly disclaimed. This Warranty will not
apply to defects or damage due to unusual abrasive wear situations,
chair caster wear, scratching, neglect, misuse, standing water, concrete
vapor emissions above 5 lbs per 1000 sf over a 24 hour period, failure to properly
maintain coating or improper installation techniques caused by not following
posted directions.
Limit of Warranty:
In no event will United ESD, Inc. or seller be responsible or liable for
special, incidental or consequential losses or damages, whether based on
tort, contract, or the use of or inability to use the product. Replacement
of material does not include removal of coating nor preparation of
substrate. Before using the product users shall determine the suitability of
ElectraGuard for their intended use. The users assume all risk and liability
whatsoever in connection therewith. Fulfillment of United ESD, Inc.'s
warranty obligations will be the customer's exclusive remedy and United ESD,
Inc. and seller's limit of liability for any breach of warranty or otherwise. |
