Titanium Sheet Vinyl and Tiles
The powerful new element
in ESD Floors for static control
Titanium like wear resistance, unrivaled electrical
conductivity
Titanium Series ESD
sheet vinyl (or optional tiles): A quantum leap in esd flooring
technology. While most esd flooring materials rely on mere
conductive adhesives or a sprayed on grid work of carbon to
maximize conductivity, Titanium features a full surface
electrically conductive backing bonded to a hardened top
surface wear layer to provide the
ultimate in conductivity, wear resistance
and resiliency. Titanium is provided in a pleasing
medium gloss for reduced glare with a unique micro finishing
technique that provides the most slip resistant, easiest to
clean, lowest maintenance vinyl on the market. Ti's FULLY clean room compliant and
highly
chemical resistant. It's a pure vinyl, devoid of
cheap clay fillers making it resilient and flexible (not brittle like
most esd flooring), hence Titanium
can be flash coved up
walls and handles heavy loading without breaking. Utilizing
Titanium's approved specialty conductive adhesives allows
installation simply unheard in the past. When used in
conjunction with our unique
textile
reinforced double sided adhesive, Titanium can be
installed over existing epoxy, VCT, non porous hard troweled
concrete, painted surfaces and more. Our liquid
conductive adhesive is perfect for permanent bonding of the
product to porous concrete. Your needs dictate: permanently
bonded OR installed in a mode that
allows removal and redeployment of the material in a
different area! Titanium,
the ultimate choice for clean rooms, electronic and
sophisticated product development and manufacturing, command
centers and more. With specifications that meet or
exceed the latest most stringent standards including the new
ANSI EOS ESD S 2020 2007, Titanium Tames
the Static Beast before it can take another byte!
Why Sheet goods?
Titanium Series esd flooring is available in sheet goods (or optional tiles) for a
very good reason. Let's look at a 150' x 60' area. A
typical 1' x 1' ESD tile will have over 18,000 linear feet
(nearly 4 MILES of seams)! Take a look at any tile floor
or this typical esd TILE floor. Unfortunately tiles don't
always fit perfectly and the installer must adjust (leave
small spaces between the tiles) as the installation
progresses (some tiles even shrink over a period of time).
And / or the substrate isn't flat leaving an uneven profile
(slight highs and lows) to the finished install.
Minute spaces between the tiles and / or deviations in
the flatness, a perfect environment for
contaminant and dirt entrapment. On a standard tile
floor these deviations typically present little problem,
they are often filled in with floor wax. Esd floor finish
shouldn't be a necessity for a quality esd floor. It
raises the insulative properties, can wreak havoc in a clean
room (from powdering), is expensive and can be a maintenance
application nightmare!

Titanium sheet goods, same area? less
than 2,000 linear feet of seams and THESE seams are heat
welded for
the ultimate in cleanliness and ease of maintenance.
Why ESD Tiles? Titanium
Series esd flooring is also available in a convenient 2' x
2' vinyl tile. ESD tiles are somewhat easier to install
compared to sheet vinyl and with Titanium's resilient vinyl
properties the tiles can be flash coved up walls or more
easily cut to tightly conform to columns and even server
racks. PLUS tiles are easier to repair should they become
stained, burned or torn!
