*United SCP provides free shipping on esd matting marked
on our web sites as "free
shipping." Free shipping on all orders of specially marked ESD
matting over $100.00 is provided when the material is ordered directly
through the Ultrastatinc.com and UltraStat2000.com web site. This offer is specifically limited within the lower 48 states of the USA
AND in Canada.
It is further limited to us shipping standard freight and using a
carrier of our choice. See the following document for full details.
Out of Area Shipping: For full roll esd matting orders to
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO and all other locations, shipping
charges and methods will be determined and forwarded to the
purchaser. These charges will be at a discounted rate from those
actually offered to allow for the free freight offered in the USA (48).
Expedited Services: For
client requesting expedited services of full roll esd matting
orders. The difference between standard freight and expedited
charges are the responsibility of the customer. United will
calculate these charges and contact the purchaser for approval prior
to shipping the requested product. Shipping of expedited rolls of
matting marked as "free shipping" will not occur until customer
grant approval of the charge. NOTE: expedited shipping may be placed
on customers shipper accounts. Customer responsibility of this offer
will require the customer to ascertain shipping amounts and details
of transaction from their shipper.
This offer is valid at the discretion of
United and may be withdrawn at any time. United SCP reserves the right to discontinue
this policy without notice.
Terms
All ESD Matting payment terms are prepaid via Check, Money Order,
Cashiers Check or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Amex)
unless prior arrangements for credit have been established. COD
shipments are available on a selected basis at the discretion of United SCP. In the event credit has been approved, terms are net 30 days from
date of invoice. Past due invoices are subject to interest charges of
1-1/2% per 30 day cycle.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Charges
All full roll esd matting orders are shipped prepaid via UPS ground
service.
For expedited shipments all freight charges over and above the normal
UPS ground charges will be billed to the customer. When UPS limits are
exceeded, we will ship the most reliable method. For expedited
shipments we will ship on the customers preferred carrier and their
account if desired and provide a discount from the prices listed in
consideration for our free shipping service.
Product Specifications
Specifications for all esd matting products are subject to change
without prior written notice when such changes are made to achieve
improved product appearance, design or performance. Items effected in
this manner are not recognized as valid reasons for return.

Errors in text, graphics and
prices may occur on this website.
Color Variance
ESD Matting colors and textures are reproduced on our web site as
accurately as possible. We are not responsible for the output of our
customers' monitors or printers. Colors and textures represent average
production runs and may vary slightly from time to time, depending on
dye lot and compound variations. Final color selections should be made
from actual samples.
Size Variance
Due to the inherent qualities of rubber, plastic and vinyl and their
manufacturing process, all matting sizes may have a tolerance of + or -
4%.
Claims and Returns
No returns are allowed without prior authorization of United Static Control Products
Incorporated. It is not our policy to accept
mats that are returned for any reason other than manufacturing
defect. If you are not sure of the color request sample swatches, they
will be sent free of charge. This
policy may be waived by the management of United however there will be a
25% restocking fee plus freight charges incurred. Reimbursements
will be provided to the customer in the form of a credit memo for use
with future orders from United SCP.
Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of
order placement. After 24 hours the order will be subject to a 25%
order cancellation fee.
Notification must be in writing via email, US Post Office or fax. If an order has already shipped it will be subject to
the return policy as set forth in the "Claims and Returns"
section above.
Reimbursements will be provided to the customer in the form of a credit
memo for use with future orders from United SCP.
Damaged Goods /
Shortages
To protect your interests, it is imperative to inspect and count
articles before accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be
documented on the freight bill. If damage or shortage occurs, contact
United SCP for assistance in filing a claim, According to ICC regulations,
filing claims with freight carriers is the responsibility of the
consignee (receiving party). Claims for lost or damaged goods cannot be
honored after six (6) months from the date of shipment.
Special / Custom
Orders
Custom or special orders (such as
Logo Mats and custom cut mats) that are "in production" or have already
been shipped may not be cancelled for any reason and may only be
returned as set forth above in the section Claims and Returns. All
custom / special orders requiring artwork (such as Logo Mats and custom
cut mats) must be approved by customer in writing prior to start of
production.
Quotations
All quotations oral or written must be documented with a valid quotation
number. Quotations are only valid with this quotation number and for a
period of no more than 30 days.
Limits of Liability
Customer acknowledges that the price of United SCP's products are
predicated on the enforceability of the following limitation of
liability and that the price would be substantially higher if United
could not limit its liability as herein provided and that customer
accepts this limitation of liability in exchange of a lower price:
United SCP shall have no liability to customer for and including but not
limited to lost profits or any special, consequential, exemplary or incidental damages of any kind weather arising in contract, tort,
product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of
such lost profits or damage. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless United SCP for and including but not limited to damages,
injuries or deaths of any kind and/or for any reason from the use or
misuse of any product purchased, supplied, manufactured or brokered
through and/or by United Static Control Products Incorporated.
Jurisdiction
Customer acknowledges that the
jurisdiction for any legal action between United Static Control Products Incorporated, any of its
representatives, employees or officers and the customer initiated by
either party will take place solely in Pueblo County, Colorado.
