VPI Conductile and Statmate ESD tile utilize an extremely advanced "super matrix" composition featuring permanently conductive micro encapsulated conductive elements and a proprietary high shine finishing technique in concert with a unique blend of polymers.

Many "typical" ESD tiles are loaded with reconstituted, cheap limestone based recycled clay fillers. NOT SO with VPI. Hence, VPI esd vinyl tiles have one of the highest load limits in the industry! The thermoplastic binders make it flexible, strong AND resilient while VPI's encapsulated conductive elements (distributed evenly throughout the tiles) provide exceptional electrical consistency and through-tile-to-ground charge decay. Available in multiple designer colors providing the flexibility to meet your design criteria while providing outstanding protection and conformance to the most stringent of specifications including EOS ESD 20.20! The performance of this solid vinyl tile is not dependent on wear layers, subsurface layers, internal anti-stats, or humidity and features a lifetime warranty on electrical conductivity!
Our unique conductive Permanent Bond fiber loaded adhesive is furnished at no charge: This easy to use adhesive features the ultimate in electrically consistent conductivity with excellent bond strength. Cleans easily with soap and water. No more time consuming mixing (as is required with those nasty epoxy based adhesives, no more problem causing variables and no more staining problems either)!
