COMPOSITION: ElectraFloor Titanium features an unbelievably hard wear resistant top surface heat fused to a full surface highly conductive bottom layer for the ultimate in static decay.
PRICE: Most ESD Floor mats cost from $10 to $20 per square foot. This material runs under $6.
INSTALLATION: Allow the material to acclimate at room temperature for 24 hours prior to use. The material will flatten as it warms up. The material may be cut to any size using a standard razor blade knife or industrial scissors. Warming with a heat gun will allow the product to cut like butter! Sheet vinyl edges are normally trimmed by an inch or two to reduce brittleness.
GROUNDING: All ESD Floor mats require attachment to an approved ground source to move the static charge to ground. Each roll is supplied with 2 floor mat ground cords terminated in an eyelet that may be attached to the center screw of an AC faceplate cover or as designated by the ESD Coordinator. The cords are supplied at no charge with each order.
