ESD Floor Cleaner for Static Control Floors Deep Cleans and Enhances the conductive properties of ESD Flooring!
Your existing ESD Floor is something to be proud of. ESD flooring is a substantial investment chosen to eliminate static and provide a high tech showplace for your Clients. Most floor cleaning solutions leave insulative dirt and mineral accumulations from the mop water leaving you with a dull and dingy esd floor. Over time these accumulations reduce the electrical performance substantially and can negatively impact the static control capabilities of the esd floor. Results? Failed ESD audits and cumbersome time consuming deep cleaning (or even stripping) to remove the detritus. Is it worth it?
ElectraClean to the Rescue!
ElectraClean: Specifically formulated for use on any type of ESD flooring or static control floor coating. ElectraClean works GREAT on ESD epoxy, vinyl, esd waxes and paints. Regular cleaners and detergent compounds leave harmful insulative residues reducing the static-control properties of your highly specialized flooring.
Not SO with ElectraClean! ElectraClean works great in both power scrub AND mop on applications, removing dirt and soil while maintaining or increasing the conductivity of your critical esd flooring substrate. Super concentrated! Typical dilution at 8 ounces to a gallon of water = 16,000 SF of cleaning power per gallon of concentrated ElectraClean!

Application: ESD Floor Surfaces should be swept or vacuumed prior to washing to remove loose dirt and soil. For use in daily or frequent damp mopping, use a dilute solution of 8-10 ounces of ElectraClean per gallon of warm water. Mop the floor lightly and allow it to dry. Do not rinse. For heavier soil conditions, sweep or vacuum the floor to remove loose soil or dirt. Dilute 12 - 16 ounces of cleaner per gallon of warm water and use as a mopping solution. After cleaning, the floor may be spray buffed with ElectraShine or recoated with ElectraGlaze.
NEVER use plain water or regular all purpose cleaners for maintaining conductive finishes!

CAUTION: Can cause eye and skin irritation. Wear safety glasses and plastic gloves when handling material. Prolonged contact with skin can cause dermatitis. If ingested, drink milk, egg whites, gelatin solution, or large volumes of water. Do not induce vomiting. In the event of eye or skin contact flush the effected area with plenty of water.
